CURRENT INVITATION TO BID

UPDATED INFORMATION PLEASE READ!

The following is an update for the DigitalEdge Invitation to Bid.

In the interest of providing a DigitalEdge contract that will address the needs of our purchasers, we will follow these steps.

  • Survey district needs - A survey will be completed with our districts and vendors regarding the scope of the Invitation to Bid and the products to be addressed in the contract.
  • The timeline for the Invitation to Bid will follow our previous ITB schedule, which will allow adequate time for the survey to be conducted, and the Invitation to Bid to be completed. The new ITB would culminate with a new contract beginning 1/1/2013.

DIGITALEDGE INVITATION TO BID #ESD112-DE-12

The new DigitalEdge Invitation to Bid #ESD112-DE-12 is in the process of being developed. We encourage any potential bidders to forward your contact information to the purchasing specialist email, Bunny.Stevens@esd112.org. All current awarded and potential bidders will receive updated email notifications regarding the Invitation to Bid.

Awarded bidders on the current DigitalEdge contract #ESD112-DE-09, have been contacted regarding the possible extension of the agreement. This extension will allow the DigialEdge contract #ESD112-DE-09 to be extended until 12/31/2012, or until the new DigitalEdge contract ESD112-DE-12 is awarded.
