The deadline for purchasing through the 2004 ESD 112 Multimedia Bid has been extended through January 31, 2005!
In February of 2004, the ESD 112 Educational Technology Support Center released an RFP for vendor bids on multimedia products and services, with the K-20 classroom environment specifically in mind. Below you will find a summary of the awards. These bid prices are effective from March 15, 2004 to January 31, 2005.
All public, private schools, colleges and universities in Washington, Oregon and Alaska are eligible to purchase items from this bid.
- LCD projectors and lamps
- Projector bundles
- Document cameras
- Video peripherals
- Audio systems
- Interactive whiteboard solutions
- Multimedia furniture and accessories
- Turnkey installation systems (for ceiling-mounted projectors)
To get additional information about value-added items and services, warranties, repairs and ordering procedures, contact the vendors directly to purchase the items and reference the contract number on each order.
How to Order From This Bid
If your school, district college or university wishes to order off these contracts, follow these instructions:
Step 1:
Read the important notice regarding the InterLocal Agreement, and follow the instructions.
